Hon. Elizabeth R. Feffer (Ret.) served on the Los Angeles Superior Court for 13 years, presiding over more than 75 civil jury trials, more than 500 civil bench trials, hundreds of evidentiary hearings, and numerous settlement conferences. Now a mediator, arbitrator, referee, and private judge with ADR Services, Inc., Judge Feffer is trusted with a diverse range of complex cases with novel legal issues for resolution and finality.

Bibi Fell represents plaintiffs who suffered catastrophic injuries or the death of a loved one. She is the Founding Partner of Fell Law, PC, in San Diego, California and is a Partner at Athea Trial Lawyers, a nationwide plaintiff’s firm comprised of six prominent female trial lawyers.

Bibi is one of the few women attorneys to have received a verdict over $100,000,000.00 as lead trial counsel. Bibi is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership is extended by invitation only to lawyers who have demonstrated extensive trial experience, civility and professionalism. In 2018, Bibi was one of three finalists for Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s “Trial Lawyer of the Year” award and received the “Outstanding Trial Lawyer” award. In 2020, she received the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” award from Pepperdine Law School.

Barry P. Goldberg is the principal of Barry P. Goldberg, A Professional Law Corporation, located in Woodland Hills. He has been in practice since 1984 and attended the University of California, Los Angeles undergraduate and obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He is an experienced trial attorney and has handled hundreds of UM/UIM arbitrations Mr. Goldberg is the 2020 President of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

Sergio Julian Puche is a Litigation and Trial Attorney at Fiore Legal. He represents individuals against corporations in employment and personal injury cases. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, where he serves as Co-Vice-Chair of the New Lawyers Committee. He is a graduate of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Plaintiff Trial Academy in 2017. Sergio is a proud board member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities. He practices in State and Federal Courts throughout California, successfully obtaining recovery for his clients through Settlement and Trial.
