CAALA Case Collaboration: How to Prepare Your Damages and Prove Them at Trial

Summary

CAALA invites you to join experienced trial lawyers for an in-depth discussion on how to better prepare your evidence on damages and present it at trial. This virtual Case Collaboration shall provide you with the opportunity to ask important questions about your cases and learn how to maximize your clients’ recoveries. The discussion will address the right types of experts to employ, how to go about assembling your evidence on damages, how to introduce evidence of damages at trial, and methods for effectively communicating your clients’ damages to a jury.
