Opposing Motions For Summary Judgment – The Devil In The Details

Summary

Do you have a case that the defense will file a motion for summary judgment on? Learn how to analyze the issues in your case, to determine what discovery is needed, how to marshal the evidence, how to attack the defendant’s failure to adequately frame the issues to be determined, to set forth the legal analysis needed by the court, and to present issues of fact precluding an adjudication against your client. These motions are almost always a headache, but the tips in this webinar will help provide you with the tools needed to keep your case moving forward.
