Building and maintaining the client relationship is one of the most crucial parts of our job. Whether we are requesting information, scheduling an appointment, reporting on the status of a file or simply reaching out to find out how a client is doing, most client contact falls squarely on the shoulders of the legal assistant or paralegal. Join us for a candid roundtable discussion dealing with topics of trust and how to build it from case inception through disposition and credibility, not only yours but your clients’. Listen to different perspectives on how to be the most effective and efficient liaison between your clients and your attorneys. Discuss what has worked, what could’ve been done better, and specific ways the client relationships can be improved.
