Preparing your plaintiff/survivor for their deposition and trial testimony is arguably the most important and often difficult component of any sexual abuse case. This session provides an in depth look into the key issues surrounding witness preparation. Jury selection in sexual abuse cases is unlike jury selection in any other personal injury matter- this session will cover who you want and more importantly, who you do not want, as a juror in your sexual abuse trial.
