Summary

With civil jury trials drastically limited or postponed in courts around the country, litigants and their attorneys need to consider presenting their case at a bench trial. In addition to safety and scheduling reasons, a bench trial may be the best option or the only option for certain cases. At this webinar, the Honorable Michelle Williams Court as well as trial attorneys Browne Greene, Daniel Balaban, Siannah Collado, and Ramin Younessi will provide guidance on how to present cases to a judge in both state court and federal court.
