Summary

In California, the State Attorney General’s office has estimated that more than 200,000 elderly Californians are abused each year. The aging baby boomer generation and explosive growth in California’s elderly population has resulted in an unacceptable rise in the neglect and abuse of our society’s most vulnerable. Despite the high number of neglected nursing home and assisted living residents in California, the vast majority of these cases go unreported and unprosecuted. With damage caps and preexisting comorbidities most Plaintiffs’ attorney stay away from these cases. In this webinar we will teach you the basics of Elder Abuse Litigation so you can identify these cases, maximize the damages, and achieve justice for this deserving population.
