The litigation and resolution of civil cases operates differently when you are dealing with a governmental entity rather than a private party. Many issues arise that have a specific effect on the resolution of these cases including immunities, restrictions on legal theories, and available damages. This webinar will cover how to work-up governmental entity cases in order to get the attention of the entity’s decision-makers through the unique opportunity to hear from the Office of the County Counsel’s Management Specialist Edward Benveniste and Attorney Gregory Bentley.
