Summary

Join in a discussion on the various employment laws that protect your injured clients when they are off work or want to return to work. Almost all clients who are injured may need time off from work or have difficulty returning to work following a medical leave of absence. In California, women have additional protection for pregnancy related leaves. Listen, learn, and ask questions about the various types of medical leaves, the job protections that they provide, and what employers are required to do for injured and pregnant employees. Your personal injury client may have an employment case too.

This webinar is sponsored by PatrickFarber.com.
