Summary

The existence of liens on a client's case always complicates the recovery of fair and just compensation. Whether it is a medical lien, a workers' compensation lien, or a health insurer reimbursement claim, it is imperative to understand the long-term impact of the lien on your client's case and how to handle those liens from case inception through trial.

This webinar shall address the decision to have your client treat on lien and how to handle the issues that inevitably will arise. Additionally, the speakers will discuss the important strategies and considerations involved before and during trial when your client's case involves medical liens, workers' compensation liens, or health insurer reimbursement claims.
