Every juror needs to believe in your case. The program will draw lessons in case framing from experienced trial attorneys in a variety of cases, including auto accident, employment/sexual harassment, slip & fall, and civil rights cases. Panelists will discuss how they personally develop case “frames” early on and how these “frames” are brought to life through the discovery process. Panelists will also discuss creative ways to bring these “frames” to life during trial and how to effectively apply the latest research in decision science and psychology to your case.
