Summary

The FAA was passed to expedite settlement and avoid complicated and costly litigation. Over the past 30 years, courts have expanded the reach of the FAA and destroyed states’ and individuals’ rights. The time has come for the FAA to be drastically revised, as leaving it to the courts has not worked.
