Attorney members are welcome to attend and participate in Education, Membership, Public Affairs and New Lawyer Committees and programs.
Education Committee
The Education Committee coordinates all MCLE programs for the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, including the Annual Las Vegas Convention. The committee meets regularly to develop new and cutting edge programs for the membership. Volunteers should be willing to devote time for substantive review and discussion, however, speaking spots are not guaranteed. Public Affairs Committee
The CAALA Public Affairs Committee provide a forum for members to educate the public, the media and elected officials about who trial lawyers are, what they do and what they believe in.  The Committee combines Government Relations, Public Relations and Community Relations. Under the leadership of Committee Chair Ibiere Seck and Vice Chair Geraldine Weiss, the Public Affairs Committee welcomes all CAALA members interested in supporting the Committee's important mission. Membership Committee
Volunteers are needed to devote an hour or two a month to help build and strengthen the association through member recruitment and retention campaigns, expansion of the member benefit program, mentor program and more.
