Case Collaboration

Medical Negligence &
Medical and Financial Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse

Come ask questions and discuss issues you are facing in medical negligence and elder and dependent adult abuse cases, with experienced facilitators and fellow CAALA plaintiffs’ attorneys in our Conference Center.

This will be a rapid paced, facilitated working group for solo and small firm attorneys. No hypothetical cases please, so we achieve real progress and cover as many cases in the time we have available.

This will also be a terrific opportunity to listen, learn and help others with problem solving, creating efficiencies and moving forward independently in your cases.

Space is limited and preparation is strongly encouraged.
