How do I join a webinar I registered for?
After registering, you should receive an email from Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and support@seminarweb.com with the seminar title plus "Connection Instructions" as the subject line. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder first and then call 1-800-701-5161 so we can confirm your email and send again or provide the login instructions over the phone. You will login to the web portion with the link provided in the email (download software if prompted) and also need to dial the phone number listed.

Please run the Connection Wizard to test your connectivity prior to the Webinar.
What if I cannot attend a live webinar?
Many of the programs are available on-demand within a week of the live date so you can check your association's self-study or archive catalog to see if it's available. CDs are also offered for select programs. Check the event registration page below the "Register Now" button or your confirmation email to see if a CD is available for your program. See below for additional information on CDs.
Can I order a CD?
Select programs offer CDs. If a particular program is offering a CD, you will see "Unable to Attend?" text under the "Register Now" button on the right side of your marketing email invitation and/or the Details & Pricing/ registration page. If a CD is being offered and you registered but did not attend, a CD will be automatically mailed to you within two weeks of the live program. If you did attend and would also like a CD, the cost is $20. If you did not register, you may order a CD for the same price as the original live program. Call us at 1-800-701-5161 to place your order.

We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards, and your CD order should be received within approximately 10 business days.

CDs are not directly submitted for credit; individuals need to contact their credit authority to determine whether they can receive credit for watching the CD.

CDs must be played on a computer using a program such as Windows Media Player and will not work in a vehicle or DVD player.
How can I receive credit?
The Credit section at the bottom of the Details & Pricing page for programs lists what states receive which type of credit and how much. You may check on the status of credit as it applies to you by clicking on your particular state (if applicable) for more information.

Credit works differently for every organization, so refer to the bottom section of your completion certificate for more specific instructions on obtaining credit, or contact Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (213-487-1212) offering the program for additional credit information. Attendance/credit certificates are emailed to webinar attendees within 24 hours of the completion of the live webinar.

What if my video isn't playing?
Make sure you're using a computer with high speed internet, your computer is set to allow pop-ups and that you have installed Adobe Flash Player (free download available at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/). Closing out of the program and reentering, or trying to open the player in another browser, also might solve technical issues. If the problem persists, please call us at 1-800-701-5161 and we can confirm if the video is working properly on the backend.
Can I return to or complete the program at a later time?
Yes, you may begin and/or reenter a program as many times as you'd like. Just hit "Save and Exit" in any of our programs to return to the spot you left off at a later time. To reenter, login again and go to "My History".
Can I print or download the materials?
If materials are available for download, they will appear in an "Other Resources" tab in your player (to the right of the “Learn” tab).
