All Board of Governors and Committee Chairs are invited to attend. The retreat is an important time to plan for CAALA’s future and for fellow board members to get to know each other during a relaxing weekend. Minh Nguyen, CAALA's 2023 President, wants this to be a fun and relaxing weekend for everyone. This year, in addition to strategic planning and board policy, our agenda includes a committee leadership orientation session, Implicit Bias Training facilitated by Angela Reddock-Wright and Bonique Edwards of the Reddock Group, and a fun murder mystery team challenge!
Spouses/Significant Others are Welcome! Guests are invited to attend the welcome reception/casual dinner on Friday and the Board dinner on Saturday. Free time has been built into the agenda so you can enjoy the resort with your family, and there are many activities to keep guests busy while you’re attending the leadership meeting.
