Summary

This session will explore Motions for Summary Judgment and Summary Adjudication, including differences between the two, notice requirements, requests for judicial notice, the parts of an opposition,  responding to the separate statement of undisputed material facts and statement of additional material facts, objections to evidence, formatting the opposition, volumes of evidence, and more. Kevin and Rose will share valuable insight and tips on how to stay organized and pitfalls to avoid when navigating the various parts of an opposition.
