The Professional Sanction Search ™ (PSS™) is your one-stop shop for all research on disciplinary actions that have been taken against expert witnesses. Reports include all supporting documents for only $45 and are available within two business days.

Challenge History Report ™ 2.0 (CHR 2.0)

This report compiles deep, customized research in real time, revealing challenges where a “gatekeeping” rule or standard was cited and/or expert qualifications or methods challenged or strongly criticized by the court. Includes case details, opinions, a summary, reported decisions, and the unreported decisions that many research services can’t provide. Available within four business days.
